Common Tasks Quick Steps
Add a New Patient
- Sidebar → Patients
- Click + Add Patient
- Fill required fields (First Name, Last Name, DOB)
- Click Save
Schedule an Appointment
- Sidebar → Scheduling
- Click empty time slot OR + New Appointment
- Select patient and provider
- Set date, time, duration
- Click Create
Add a Staff Member
- Sidebar → Staff
- Click + Add Staff
- Enter name, email, role
- Click Save (invitation sent automatically)
Start a Telemedicine Session
- Sidebar → Scheduling → Telemedicine tab
- Find the scheduled session
- Click Start Session (near appointment time)
Send a Message
- Sidebar → Messages
- Select conversation OR click New Conversation
- Type message
- Click Send
Convert a Lead to Patient
- Sidebar → Leads
- Find the lead
- Click ✅ (Convert) icon
- Confirm conversion
