  • Group and above add analytics, WhatsApp messaging, and MCP API access
  • Practice and above add advanced scheduling rules, the dashboard AI assistant, and AI-powered WhatsApp scheduling
  • Enterprise adds custom integrations, dedicated support, and SLA options

Upgrading and downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing to manage your subscription.

Upgrade

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Stripe Checkout handles the purchase flow
  • Prorated charges can apply mid-cycle

Downgrade

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You keep current access until then
  • Make sure your patient and staff counts fit the lower plan before the change takes effect

Switch billing interval

You can also move between monthly and yearly billing from the same area.

Billing portal

After subscribing, use Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.

From there, authorized users can:

  • Update payment methods
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Review billing history
  • Cancel a subscription while keeping access until the current period ends

Owners and admins can access billing settings.

Usage awareness

Plan limits affect operational workflows such as:

  • Adding new patients
  • Inviting team members
  • Unlocking analytics
  • Creating API keys for MCP

Before downgrading, check current usage so you do not end up above the limits of the lower tier.

Best practices

  • Choose the plan based on active patients and team size first, then advanced features second.
  • Recheck usage before large onboarding pushes.
  • Upgrade before you hit a hard operational limit rather than after staff are blocked.
